Project involved the relocation of 20 departments and approximately 450 staff from various sites. Work included review of all existing sites, user group meetings to discuss move process, various change management meetings with staff worried about the move, on site coordination of movers, furniture installers and IT groups, issuance of move instructions and checklists and all associated post move follow ups and deficiencies.
