CFE - Injection Site

Jan 2020 - July 2020

This project involved the renovation of an existing downtown eastside clinic to incorporate a safe injection site.  Although the renovations were not extensive it did require coordination with Ministry and Health Canada requirements. 


Providence Health - Cardiac Clinic

july 2016 - may 2020

This project involved the full renovation of a floor to accommodate a active cardiac clinic.  It included coordinating workshops with the physicians and staff to design the space, work with the consultants and contractors to complete the work and with staff to buy the equipment and furniture needed for exam rooms, reception and office space.


CFE - Research Lab

jan 2017 - oct 2017

This project involved the full renovation of a site for a research lab.  The space had specialized mechanical and electrical requirements to meet the laboratory equipment and environment needed.

Provincial Health Services Authority - Corporate Office

APRIL 2016 - OCTOBER 2016

Project involved the project management of tenant improvement construction of approx.. 11,000 square feet of space.  Scoular Consulting was also responsible for all construction coordination with the landlord, architect, GC and final procurement and coordination of the furniture.


Willingdon Relocation Project 

JUNE 2012 - JANUARY 2013

Project involved the move management of approximately 1100 staff from 19 locations into one central location at 1795 Willingdon Avenue.  Work included existing site reviews, user group meetings to discuss move processes and change management, issuing of move instructions and checklists, move day on site coordination, coordination of all movers and IBM and in house technology staff, post move support and deficiency follow ups. 


Fraser Health - Abbotsford & Surrey Mental Health Outpatient Clinics 

JULY 2015 - APRIL 2016

Project involved tenant improvement construction project management and move of two new clinics for FHA Mental Health Groups.  Scoular Consulting was responsible for the project management, coordinating internal stakeholders, furniture procurement and coordination and move management. 


Richmond Lions Manor Relocation

April 2013 - February 2014

Project involved the relocation of 93 care home residents, kitchen/dining room equipment, laundry equipment, housekeeping equipment and approximately 100 staff including admin, nursing, rehab, social work, volunteer coordinators and management.  This project had the added complexity of managing elderly residents and the understandable anxiety and concern about moving their personal belongings and home.


SPH - Diabetes Clinic Renovation

november 2013 - march 2015

Project involved the full relocation of the Diabetes Clinic to a temporary location and then the renovation of their existing space within St. Paul’s Hospital.  Scoular Consulting was involved in the project management, coordinating all internal stakeholders (Plant, Infection Control, IT and Security) and furniture procurement and coordination.
