Sherry has over 19 years experience in multi-phased moves, furniture reconfiguration and project/move management. Her past position as a Facility Manager has given her extensive knowledge of office planning, construction, tenant improvements, mechanical, electrical and data cabling. Her first hand experience with user groups has given her the ability to assess user needs and merge them with corporate strategy. This has resulted in projects being on schedule and budget while creating spaces that motivate and inspire staff. Her thorough approach ensures excellent coordination of both internal and external stakeholders.

In 2009, Sherry opened Scoular Consulting and has worked with numerous different clients from various fields. These include but not limited to Health Authorities, Financial, Education and Consulting firms. The variety of clients has given Sherry the added knowledge of dealing with differing cultures and adapting her process to fit. Although the overall process remains the same, every company has their own culture and often need to blend it with the process to get the most successful result.

With the cost of real estate going even higher, it is essential for organizations to plan and use their space efficiently and effectively. Sherry has knowledge in assisting organizations in purging and reducing their storage footprint. She can also assist with organizational change as staff adjust to their new environments.  From start to finish, Sherry has the ability to help organizations successfully transition from their old space to their new one.
