Tricor Pacific Capital

Scoular Consulting worked with Tricor Financial to streamline the relocation and redesign of their office space, assisting with purging, planning new storage and common areas, and supporting furniture placement and office setup. They coordinated all aspects of the move, managing mover logistics and ensuring alignment with ongoing renovations.

Sandstorm Gold Royalties 

Scoular Consulting partnered with Sandstorm to manage the transition from their existing office space into temporary storage during the construction of their new facility. The project required meticulous coordination of furniture installations and the setup of key common areas, including kitchens, print stations, and meeting rooms. Working closely with the client, Scoular Consulting navigated the complexities of the move, ensuring seamless integration with the final phases of construction while adhering to tight deadlines. Through careful planning and execution, the team delivered a smooth transition, successfully balancing logistical challenges and providing a functional, well-organized workspace in the new location.

Blueshore Financial

The project involved furniture space planning for three floors of new commercial space, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and suppliers to create a functional layout for both retail and office environments. Scoular Consulting also managed the move of approximately 150 staff from five locations into the new Head Office, including their flagship retail branch.

LGM Financial

The project involved the fit-out of three new floors in MNP Tower, with Scoular Consulting assisting in project management, move management, and furniture procurement and coordination.

As Manager of Facility Planning in the Facility Management Department from 1996 to 2008, oversaw 4 direct reports and was responsible for 70 retail locations and over 150,000 square feet of office space.

Kootney Savings Credit Union

The project involved collaborating with the Interior Designer to survey staff and space plan a new location. Scoular Consulting also managed new furniture orders and installations, coordinated the relocation and installation of existing systems furniture, and oversaw the final move of staff contents and equipment.

Westminister Savings

The project involved relocating a financial institution’s retail branch, including coordinating staff moves, security equipment and cash transfers, and furniture relocation.
